The game is expected to be out on 12 October 2018 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. Unlike Black Ops 3, this mode is more "boots on the ground". The Black Ops overarchng story is one of the best in the series, behind Modern Warfare.
There are Specialists, which tend to just about every play-style. As for Zombies, three maps are available at launch and it adds new characters and weapons too. Yet, now we know that they exist and, more or less, how they'll function-to a certain point. And from the looks of it developer Activision is going to give single player campaign a miss this time around.
Activision didn't stop with mere hardware support for the next entry in the Black Ops series, though. Some familiar structures may appear as well, inspired by previous maps introduced in past Call of Duty games. Call of Duty already has a strong online community that will keep buying the games no matter what and maybe that will nullify the price of entry somewhat, but for casuals who just want to try out the mode, this maybe a turnoff. This time around Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 will ditch the single player campaign and instead focus on multiplayer. However, an enterprising Reddit user took the time to count the little dots on the simulated map from the Black Ops 4 trailer and counted 140 players. This means that this will be the first Call of Duty to leave out campaign.
Black Out will also feature land, sea, and air vehicles according to Treyarch. Black Ops 4 will still be a fast-paced action shooter like its predecessors, but now players will have some other things to keep in mind such as healing themselves and sharing intel with their teammates. It will be filled with 10 years' worth of characters, weapons, and features along with set pieces from different maps in the Black Ops universe such as Nuketown and Firing Range. Including, as we predicted, Battle.net integration for PC.

Black Ops 4 Zombies goes way beyond Spaceland.
We're still trying to grasp how the whole thing works for ourselves but it's unique and could kick Fortnite off as the battle royale king.
Treyarch also announced it will be co-developing with Beenox while working closely with Blizzard to optimized Black Ops 4 for Battlenet for PC gamers.
On the PC, players will be able to enjoy features such as uncapped frame rates, and support for 4K resolution, HDR and ultrawide monitors.
