Neymar to Real would be tough for Barcelona, says Messi

The former Santos prodigy inspired his country to Olympic gold on home soil in 2016, but admitted the World Cup remains the ultimate prize.

Neymar, who has returned after surgery, has started practising football at the Paris St.Jermain Club.

"I, at this moment, I have nothing to say about it".

"Here he won important titles, he won the Champions League and it would be a hard blow for everyone".

Yet media reports that he might leave the French capital and move to Madrid have been circulating for months, prompting the PSG chairman to declare earlier this week that Neymar will "2000 percent" be in Paris next season.

Neymar, who joined the Ligue 1 club from Barcelona for a record 222 million euros ($265.18 million) last August, is expected to be fully fit by the time Brazil kick off their World Cup campaign against Switzerland on June 17.

Rafa Benitez tops West Ham wanted list
West Ham have reportedly met with Shakhtar Donetsk manager Paulo Fonseca with a view to making him their next manager. The former Portuguese central defender has been coaching since retiring as a pro at the age of just 32.

Messi told TyC Sports on Tuesday that "it would be awful, for all that Ney means to Barcelona".

"If we win, I'll do whatever you want", he said. Messi is running out of time to clinch the World Cup and silence critics whereas Neymar who is now 26-years still has a few more World Cups to work on.

"I'm a bit bored of it already", Neymar said when asked about a potential move last weekend.

Along with Luis Suarez and Leo Messi, Neymar was part of one of the most feared strike partnerships in the history of the game.

Both Marcelo and Neymar were named in Brazilian manager Tite's 23-man squad for the World Cup this summer, but the left-back has revealed that talk in Russian Federation will be exclusively fixed on the tournament and not on club football. Moreover, Neymar perfectly suits the Galacticos ideology followed by Real Madrid's President Florentino Perez.

But he's right - Neymar would make Real a LOT stronger and the thought of him playing alongside Ronaldo is a frightening one.
