It's. weird, but brilliant.

During his appearance on "Saturday Night Live", Childish Gambino, whose real name is Donald Grover, released a new music video for his song "This Is America".

Entitled "A Kanye Place", Glover, Aidy Bryant, Kenan Thompson, Beck Bennett and Cecily Strong are stalked by a monster in a cornfield, but can't keep quiet when they see Kanye's tweets.

This weekend's new episode of Saturday Night Live was certainly different for a number of different reasons.

Bill Cosby, Roman Polanski Get Kicked Out Of The Movie Academy
Polanski, now 84 years old, has been accused of sex abuse several times in the past. The comedian faces up to 30 years in prison.

Not everyone was a fan of the singer's psychedelic soul, funk and R&B sound, and mostly confused with the concept of Glover's alter ego. Gambino also seems to throw shade at other modern rappers in the business with their over-the-top style of dancing.

He's also starring as Simba in the upcoming Lion King remake, opposite Beyonce's Nala. Gambino kicks off a nation-wide "This Is America" Tour this fall, in what's sure to be quite the experience. His third album, Awaken, My Love!

"This Is America" is also Childish Gambino's first musical release since leaving his former label, Glassnote and signing with RCA Records in January 2018. "For a while I thought it was me, the only one, but now I see before me all the black humans in the galaxy", Calrissian says to a disappointing crowd of three. "I think endings are good because they force things to get better".

Glover can be now be seen on FX's Atlanta, which airs Thursdays at 10 p.m.
