Over time, the SEGA Ages series grew to encompass enhanced ports of dozens of games across multiple systems. SEGA AGES will launch in North America, Europe, and Japan.

The Pokemon Company has not officially announced anything that would be deemed concrete information for its upcoming Pokemon Nintendo Switch game.

At the end of the panel, Shimomura said, "I believe that the Nintendo Switch hardware characteristics mesh very well with classic games". Now we just need to wait for E3 to roll around so Sega can provide us with a release schedule, as well as when Saturn, Dreamcast and arcade games will start rolling in. The new Switch Sega Ages games will be the work of retro masters M2 (who also handled the original Sega Saturn releases). "From a selection of home console classics, to a multitude of perfectly-emulated arcade games, Sega Ages gives fans the ability to build their own retro Sega collection unlike any other".

Strikes on Syria will not lead to the displacement of Assad
Boris Johnson warned yesterday that Russian Federation could retaliate through cyberattacks on the NHS or power networks. Meanwhile Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn has said Parliament should have been given a vote ahead of the strikes.

As we've previously reported, the first five games are Alex Kidd in Miracle World, Ground Gain, Sonic the Hedgehog, Thunder Force IV and Phantasy Star. The Mega Drive has seen a miniature version released in the past, although it wasn't manufactured by Sega and suffered from multiple emulation issues, so hopefully this one will fare a lot better.

No word on an official price point yet, but expect more details to emerge as we approach a firm release date in the summer.
