Taylor Swift accused of copying Spike Jonze ad for new video


Swifties and haters couldn't help but point out the similarities between Taylor's work and a 2016 Kenzo World perfume ad which featured actress Margaret Qualley and was directed by Spike Jonze.

After Taylor Swift won Female Artist of the Year this past weekend at the iHeartRadio Music Awards, she debuted the new music video for her song "Delicate", off her most recent album, Reputation.

We promise you're gonna think twice about Taylor Swift's "Delicate" music video after seeing this KENZO perfume ad that looks scarily similar...

Per usual, it appears Swift is shaking the controversy off, choosing instead to share video of her rehearsal sessions with her most dedicated fans and followers.

In the video and the ad, Swift and Qualley both make silly faces and dance awkwardly throughout a fancy venue wearing gowns.

Series creator JK Rowling, and director David Yates have stood by the decision saying it was "the right thing" for the movie. This movie is the sequel to 2016's Fantastic Beasts featuring Oscar victor Eddie Redmayne portraying Newt Scamander .

When Taylor realizes that no one can see her, she rips off the bottom half of her dress and starts dancing like no one is watching... because no one actually is watching!

Some Twitter users have compiled pictures and clips from both videos, pointing out the similarities.

According to Page Six, once the video was released, a "top fashion PR pro who's worked with Kenzo playfully posted, "Listen Tay, I feel you".

They pointed out there appeared to be some similarities to a Kenzo perfume advert, directed by USA producer and actor Spike Jonze, which was released past year. "The setting, color palette, choreography, everything", another person tweeted.
