Blizzard announced newest Hearthstone expansion 'The Witchwood, ' only moments ago. To make things more fair, players will be able to pick up upgrades to their deck after each battle.

Curious players can keep up with the now announced cards here. The expansion is set to release sometime between now and the end of April, so players won't have to wait long to get their hands on these new cards.

With hundreds of cards to choose from, featuring a wide range of colorful Warcraft spells, weapons, and characters, players will have limitless possibilities for developing and fine-tuning their deck-building strategies. Once the expansion is released, players will have two weeks to arm themselves before embarking on Monster Hunts-the thrilling new single-player Hearthstone experience that will send players deep into The Witchwood to stamp out the evils that lurk within.

Combining fast platforming, creative puzzles, stealth mechanics and a unique art style to create an unforgettable experience. Planet Alpha began way back in 2013, as a pet project Lazar worked on during his spare time.

Much like the single-player mode Dungeon Run from the 2017 Hearthstone expansion Kobolds & Catacombs, Monster Hunt will pit players against a series of bosses and reward players with select groupings of cards to further build your Monster Hunt deck.

The expansion will also add a new Monster Hunt mode to the action, similar to Kobolds & Catacombs' Dungeon Run, that challenges players with a series of eight increasingly hard encounters leading into a big boss fight.

The leaders of Gilneas are finalizing preparations for these expeditions, and will share more details in the weeks to come. This means that, if a player has a 3-mana Echo minion on turn 9, that card can be played a total of three times. Elsewhere, Worgen cards swap attack and health each turn they're in your hand, so you can play them at different times for different results. Players can pre-purchase a special Witchwood 50-pack card bundle, which comes with 20 bonus packs and the "In the Dark Wood" card, for free.

The Witchwood is now available for pre-purchase on Blizzard's store for $49.99 and comes with 70 decks filled with new cards.
