Meghan Markle marks her recent baptism with brand new diamond cross bracelet

She and Prince Harry are set to tie the knot on May 19 at St George's Chapel in the grounds of Windsor Castle.

It's likely that 36-year-old Markle - who recently showed off her new diamond baptism bracelet -will wear an off-white shade, potentially opting for the classic hues of ivory, cream, oyster, and champagne.

MEGHAN Markle has been subjected to a mock kidnapping as part of gruelling security training, according to reports.

What's more her reclusive father, Thomas Sr, will not be giving her away as he has struggled with the limelight surrounding her royal romance.

"She's also anxious about how he would handle it as he's become even more of a recluse".

Meghan reportedly wanted her mother to walk her down the aisle.

A source explained: "Meghan said that she would prefer to have her mum with her as she is much closer to her than her dad". In addition to the Queen, nearly all of the core members of the Windsor family, including Prince Harry, Prince William, Kate Middleton, Prince Charles, Camilla Parker Bowles, Sophie, the Countess of Wessex and more, were in attendance.

'Some of the royals aren't happy about the idea, so they suggested that William do it.

As reported by the Daily Mail, the former actress, who was brought up as an Episcopalian, was baptised into the Church of England in a secret ceremony on Tuesday evening with her fiancé Prince Harry by her side.

Markle's half-brother Thomas Markle Jr - who was a year ago accused of putting a gun to his girlfriend's head during an argument - did not get an invite, according to The Sun.

However, Prince William would also be a natural fit to walk her up the aisle, as he will be her new in-law and has experience in such massive royal events.

It's said to be linked to how much he speaks out in the media and issues he's had in his personal life.
