Chinese mobile maker Oppo is all set to unveil a new flagship smartphone in India, the Opt F7.
After the success of the selfie-centric Oppo F5 smartphone in the country, which was launched past year, the company is set to introduce its successor in the Indian market, skipping the name 'F6'. Gizmochina reported that Oppo had also tweeted the launch date of the device as 26 March but the company later on deleted the tweet.

Oppo India has already released a teaser for the upcoming product. The company has teased the phone with an image that shows full-screen display with a notch and minimal bezels. The design appears to be nearly similar to the Oppo R15, slated to be unveiled in the company's home market China later this month. The company is asking fans to guess who is the new ambassador to endorse the brand. According to a report by Gizmo Times, the company had initially tweeted out the image with a caption that revealed the launch date as well but was later taken down.
The Oppo F7, interestingly, looks very similar to the Oppo R15 that may launch in China soon. The report further added that the Oppo F7 might arrive with a tall 6.2-inch FHD+ display with an aspect ratio of 19:9 and a screen-to-body ratio of 89.09%. The new Oppo F7 smartphone to come with a selfie centric cameras and a new entry to its F series smartphones lineup. The Oppo F7 will retain the 3.5mm headphone jack and micro USB port. The front camera will also likely feature real-time HDR, an enhanced beauty mode and AR stickers. However, we could expect to hear more from the company regarding this phone in the coming days.
