PM Modi will be laying a wreath at the Mausoleum of Late President Yasser Arafat. He will also become the first to visit Palestine. "In recognition of that, we have had the honour today to decorate you with the highest order of honour in Palestine and that is the great the grand order of the state of Palestine", the Palestinian president said.

MEA said that Modi's visit to UAE comes after an invitation given by the President of UAE, Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan. He said he will also be addressing the 6th edition of the World Government Summit in Dubai, where India is the guest country.
