Fatal crash reported in Marshall County

- The Florida Highway Patrol says a 28-year-old woman was driving drunk with her young son in the auto when she crashed into several vehicles on Interstate 4.

U.S. Highway 64 at Hunter Road is shut down just outside of Lewisburg while investigators are at the scene.

Troopers said Michael Vanpelt, 29, of Zephyrhills, was driving his Dodge the wrong way on State Road 60 near Peavine Road around 3:45 a.m. when the front of his vehicle slammed into the front of the semitrailer. Reported at 11:30 a.m., traffic is being detoured around the Florida 206 overpass, then back onto I-95, the Sheriff's Office said. - A woman was killed early Friday morning on Interstate 95 in St. Johns County, and 8 hours later, before the northbound lanes of the interstate had reopened, a second crash seriously injured a motorist.

Although the 39-year-old actor didn't appear at the awards, he did get the hardware for Best Actor in a Comedy for playing Tommy Wiseau in " The Disaster Artist ".

The crash involves three cars and two semi-trucks.

Lambert was pronounced dead at the scene.

Pontecorvo was traveling in the outside northbound lane of the highway when, for reasons that were still under investigation, she failed to stop and collided with the back of the truck.
