Driving after the performance Swann was critiquing his wife, who is also a pro wrestler when he allegedly became angry. Swann was said to get angry and Riggs "got scared that the argument was going to escalate" and eventually jumped out of the auto.
The victim noted in her report that Swann has a history of anger issues and that out of fear the argument would turn physical jumped out of the vehicle.
Another witness told police the woman was banging on the window and screaming for help as Swann drove away, the report said.
According to an arrest affidavit, Swann chased after the woman, grabbed her by the arm, put his hand around her neck and dragged her back to the vehicle. She told police she asked him to pull over so she could get out.
Following the arrest, Swann (according to the report) denied physically touching Yung, or forcing her back into the auto. Swann then stopped the auto in the middle of the road, got out and allegedly dragged the woman back into the vehicle.
