R. Kelly Burglars Empty ATL Homes ... Cops ID a Suspect

The maid, who called 911 on November 26, told dispatchers that she was hired to clean Kelly's Old Homestead Trail mansion.

"She found that the place had literally been ransacked", Byers said.

Police said Walker claimed Kelly owed him money, so to get back at him, he hired movers to remove everything from his homes, including furniture, furnishings and even a diamond-encrusted hoodie.

Detectives caught three men leaving one of his homes in a van. As he came upon the driveway, he noticed three individuals who were moving things out of the home and into a truck allegedly registered in Walker's name.

The maid told police that the people who lived there were always gone and she was directed to clean the home by a secretary. Since Walker had done work in the past for Kelly before, the men said they thought that everything was above board.

However, Kelly's team told cops Walker was just a part-time employee.

R. Kelly's two Atlanta-area mansions were burglarized and the items sold off while the singer was on tour, police said this week. Police believe that Walker sold the singer's possessions.

He was told he had to turn himself into police on Tuesday but didn't end up doing so which has ultimately led to a warrant for his arrest.
