Campo Santo announces In the Valley of Gods

Campo Santo have announced their new game at The Game Awards 2017 and it looks just as, if not more, lovely than Firewatch.

The game was revealed at The Game Awards earlier today with the following trailer.

Venture into the Egyptian desert for fame and fortune in the next first-person adventure from the developers of Firewatch: In The Valley of Gods.

In the Valley of Gods is a sprawling narrative experience in remote, 1920's Egypt.

Baker Mayfield wins Maxwell Award
The O'Brien Award was initially given to the top player in the Southwest before going to a quarterback-only honor in 1981. When he was asked about it by the media on Wednesday, Mayfield smiled and said, "I don't think I'll be doing that".

In the Valley of Gods is being developed on the latest version of Unity.

One thing is for certain: the game looks incredible, with Campo Santo looking to out do the already impressive visuals from Firewatch in its next tile.

In the Valley of Gods is in development for PC platforms (Windows, Mac, and Linux), but we haven't ruled out more platforms, including consoles. It looks to have a lot of potential, but we'll be waiting a while to get our hands on it - the game won't be out until 2019. Campo Santo, the developers, describe the game as a "first-person adventure".
