Tre'Davious White out of protocol; cleared to play Sunday

Rob Gronkowski made big news this week for his dirty cheap shot against Tre'Davious White of the Buffalo Bills.

"Man, I don't know what to say on that", White told reporters.

Gronkowski received his suspension for hitting White after the play had been whistled dead. White lay near the New England sideline after intercepting a Tom Brady pass. Gronkowski led with his forearm and struck White in the back of the helmet. He called Gronkowski's one-game suspension "a joke".

White was dazed and immediately evaluated for a concussion. White was taken out of the game after the hit and he entered the league's concussion protocol. He could have broke my neck. White wasn't pleased when asked for his thoughts on Gronkowski's one-game suspension. "It wasn't away from the ball, it wasn't a kicker, a defenseless player, it was a guy getting ready to make a tackle - a much bigger football player".

"I'm focused on the Colts [this Sunday]", he said.
