LaMelo Ball will officially never play college basketball after signing agent

'I want them to go somewhere where they will play them together on the court at the same time.

"I don't care about the money", LaVar Ball said in an interview with ESPN.

LaMelo and LiAngelo hired agent Harrison Gaines, officially ending their NCAA eligibility.

LiAngelo Ball was yanked out of UCLA on Monday because his dad was upset over the disciplinary actions taken by the school after LiAngelo and two other teammates were arrested for shoplifting in China in October.

While playing professional basketball at high school age seems preposterous in the United States, it actually isn't all that uncommon overseas.

'He's not going to play college basketball, ' LaVar told ESPN of LaMelo.

LiAngelo, 19, was a freshman at UCLA, but was busted for shoplifting in China. That information comes from LaVar Ball.

On Thursday, though, LaVar put that dilemma to rest.

The family is looking for a team willing to sign both brothers, and according to a person not authorized to speak publicly, they've received interest from teams in Europe and Asia. "I don't know the deals and who is offering what", Ball told ESPN.
