Amazon Prime Video finally lands on Apple TV

We love Amazon Prime.

The app allows Amazon Prime Video subscribers to watch TV shows and movies from the service using only the fourth-generation Apple TV and the fifth-generation Apple TV 4K.

The Amazon Prime Video app was the lone missing streaming service from the Apple TV, where Netflix, Hulu and the rest had previously been available.

RBI likely to keep policy rate on hold in December - Scotiabank
The central bank, however, has been cautious due to rising inflation that's now at a seven-month high of 3.58 per cent. The RBI said the MPC remains committed to keeping headline inflation close to 4 percent on a durable basis.

The app comes just in time for the launch of the second series of The Grand Tour - the car-related TV show starring ex-Top Gear presenters Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May.

Apple mistakenly leaked a story about the launch of Amazon Prime Video for the Apple TV, which was picked up by Reddit user studio1burbank. Amazon had explained the move by saying it wanted to avoid confusing customers who might expect its Prime Video service to be available on devices sold by Amazon. As we mentioned, Amazon hasn't listed the Apple TV (or Google's Chromecast dongles) on its online marketplace since 2015. Cook reiterated that same news at the debut of the Apple TV 4K on September 12th but again gave no firm release date.

The new Prime Video app is now available to download for the Apple TV, you can find out more details about the app over at iTunes at the link below. Now that it has all changed today, let's see how things are going to pan out between Apple and Amazon.
