Black Flag will be free on the UPlay Store this month


Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag, aka the best Assassin's Creed game, will be free to download on Uplay next week. Today, the company announced that two more games will be free to download on the service. To celebrate, Ubisoft is giving away the one and only game in the World in Conflict series, and one of the more acclaimed Assassin's Creed titles. Starting now and lasting until December 11, you'll be able to grab a free copy of the excellent alt-history RTS World in Conflict, along with its Soviet Assault expansion.

Ubisoft is celebrating the ten years releases of two of its best known classic games: Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag and World in Conflict on Uplay PC for free.

This real-time strategy game and its expansion will be available for download starting December 4 at 9 a.m. PST through December 11 at 2 a.m. PST.

Additionally, the December Origins update adds the goddess warrior Sekhmet to the Trials of the Gods event. It's an action-adventure game that was developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft. The game - a real-time strategy game set in a world where the Soviet Union invaded the United States in the late 1980s - reviewed extremely well at launch, and has since been forgotten somewhat - this is the flawless time to revisit a strategy classic. "Assassin's Creed: Origins" is now available for the PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
