Micromax Canvas Infinity Pro launched in India, priced at Rs. 13999

Micromax on Monday launched a new smartphone having front dual camera under its bezel less smartphone category. On the back of the phone, there's a fingerprint scanner with "0.2 sec unlock time and a 360-degree acceptance angle", which we are confident will work as promised. The Micromax Canvas Infinity Pro has a dual selfie camera setup on the front. Now, the company has launched the Canvas Infinity Pro that comes with a similar display, upgraded processor, increased memory, improved cameras and a slightly bigger battery.

Micromax Canvas Infinity Pro as per the company totally takes the notch up by merging new frontiers in technology to create an immersive full display design and takes up nearly the whole front surface of the phone. Today, the company has officially launched the Canvas Infinity Pro smartphone in the Indian market for Rs. 13,999. It sports a 16-megapixels rear camera with f/2.0 aperture, LED flash and auto HDR.

Since the Micromax Canvas Infinity Pro will retail for Rs. 13,999 which is bit more expensive than other Micromax offerings, the company has opted to go for a Qualcomm chipset. The phone offers 64GB of internal storage which is further expandable up to 128GB via a micro-SD card. Micromax has claimed that they are giving consumers a power packed device which is a flawless confluence of an exemplary display, superlative dual cameras at an extremely attractive price. As for the sensors are concerned, it comes with gravity, proximity, light, accelerometer and magnetic sensors. It is a dual sim device with dual standby support. Connectivity options on the device include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2 and Global Positioning System.

Gusty, frosty outlook for north valley
On Friday night a sharp or severe frost will develop with icy patches as temperatures fall between -3 and 0 degrees. Forecasters say it will get colder towards the second half of the week, when Ireland will be hit by the cold.

The phone comes in only Black color option.

"We understand that in the mid-premium range smartphones, consumers demand a complete package - a smartphone that has best in class cameras, a screen that is large enough for content viewing, a battery that doesn't drain in a day and of course aesthetics that are the head turner".

The Canvas Infinity Pro smartphone will also be exclusive to Flipkart, like its sibling Canvas Infinity. Sadly we can not foresee tons of Micromax Canvas Infinity Pros being sold as the smartphone goes on sale on the same day as the Mi A1 will be sold for Rs. 12,999 for the scheduled Big Shopping Days.
