Report says Tom Sizemore violated 11-year-old girl on movie set

Despite his rap sheet, he has worked steadily; his IMDb page lists 15 projects in 2018 alone.

There is a watershed moment occurring in Hollywood, with many men in the industry being accused of sexual assault, harassment, and rape in recent weeks.

USA TODAY reached out to Sizemore's representatives but has received no response.

In a statement to the Hollywood Reporter on November 13, Sizemore's agent Stephen Rice said, "Our position is 'no comment'". Sizemore reportedly denied his co-star's claim at the time, though The Hollywood Reporter claims that both his management firm and talent agency stopped working with him afterward. He blamed Sizemore's behavior on frequent drug use.

McGregor said she immediately registered a formal complaint with the Screen Actor's Guild and vouched for Sizemore's removal from the set. "It was hushed up".

According to the report, the actress, who was not identified in the publication at her own request, would not address the incident except to say she has hired a lawyer to explore her legal options against Sizemore and her parents.

The actress, now 26, asked THR not to reveal her identity.

"This is when Sizemore allegedly either rubbed his finger against the girl's vagina or inserted it inside", THR reported.

We'll have an update as soon as we hear back from HTC, and stay tuned for our upcoming hands-on later. The Vive Focus is a head-mounted display equipped with 6 degrees-of-freedom, and world-scale tracking.

Actor Robyn Adamson recalls the photoshoot, and the young actor's reaction.

"At one point her eyes got just huge, like she could've vomited", Ms. Adamson said. "I was watching her", she said. She soon reintegrated and kept going, although she had trouble taking direction.

However, the next day the girl told her mother, who communicated concerns to producers through the girl's agent.

"It filtered down to the crew", Roi Maufas, who worked as a production assistant on the film, told THR.

"There was never any doubt. He was this guy who was already known for making inappropriate comments, being drunk, being high". "We're talking about consistent behavior, just being 'Tom Sizemore" on set every day. "Then this happens. [A producer] had to stop a group of us from going to visit Mr. Sizemore to kick the guy's ass".

"We had a fiduciary responsibility to complete the film so we made a decision to go about business as usual - lacking the evidence of what happened that day", producer Gus Spoliansky said. They also talked to Sizemore and initially sent him away, but brought him back for reshoots months later after no charges were pressed and no further evidence surfaced.

They spoke with Sizemore about the incident in question, and he responded, "I've done a lot of very bad things, and I'd never do anything with kids".
