Reportedly, the accident occured at around 6.30 pm in the evening. Due to the heavy traffic, the fire tenders arrived late and the staff members had to barricade the studio to prevent people from entering. The studio belongs to Telugu star Akkineni Nagarjuna.
A fire broke out on a film set at the Tollywood's famous Annapurna Film Studios on Monday.
He said the blaze was brought under control within a couple of hours and said eyewitnesses reported noticing smoke emerging from a corner before flames engulfed the entire set.

Annapurna Studios is one of the popular studios in Hyderabad and it has been owned by the Akkineni family.
