Dallas County officials have fired a prosecutor after she allegedly berated an Uber driver and accused him of kidnapping her during a Friday ride that was captured on audio. "She said, 'You can follow the [expletive] GPS" and she became increasingly angry, even though I was just trying to get her home". Before that, she was a prosecutor in Frizell's court. The driver responds that the cops are on their way. "I am asking for the DA to take another look at all the facts". "Then the cop said 'You good?' and I said 'I guess so.' I should've said, 'No, I'm not good.' It was intimidating". The audio was also posted on Reddit.

The woman proceeds to tell the driver that "everything's being recorded" as he continues to ask Warner to just get out of the vehicle. Warner: "No, because now I am pissed the (expletive) off". When the cops arrived, Platt said he declined to press charges.

"Then we'll wait for the cops", the woman retorts.

"Jesus Christ, you're a f--ing idiot in a stupid f--ing hat".

"I'm not trying to make any accusations against that driver, I don't know what's in his heart", she said.

She demands to be dropped off at her house. That's when the driver made a decision to pull over and asked that his passenger leave the vehicle. Oh my God, you're an idiot.

"Under the law, it's recklessly keeping me from where I was going, and you have done that, " she tells him.

Mr Platt however, pointed out that she was free to leave. "I'm an assistant district attorney, so shut the f*ck up".

"I'm sorry that it cost her her job". I want the cops to come and **** you up! "I'm not kidnapping you". "You're committing a third-to-first degree felony". Johnson issued a statement which said, "Her behavior is contrary to this office's core principle of integrity, and it will not be tolerated".

Wendell David Associates Inc.'s holdings in TJX Companies, Inc. (The) were worth $15,406,000 as of its most recent SEC filing. The firm has a market cap of $44,679.17, a P/E ratio of 19.45, a price-to-earnings-growth ratio of 1.68 and a beta of 0.72.

The DA continued, "As public servants, we represent the people of Dallas County and are examples, of justice, professionalism, and ethical behavior both inside and outside of the courtroom. I will not waver on my expectation of the highest integrity for myself or my staff", she said. For embarrassing the office that I love very much and respect very much.

A Dallas attorney got into an altercation with an Uber driver that ended up getting her fired. But the cop and Warner, who was "let off the hook", left in a police auto, he told the Dallas Morning News.

Platt said Warner tried to use her job as a means to intimidate him. The district attorney's office confirmed that an investigation has been launched when reached by The Post on Monday. According to Frizell, Platt is now backing away from the assault claim.

Not everyone was piling on Jody Warner after the story broke.

"There's two sides to every event", Schulte tweeted. "Jody is an honorable prosecutor and the Dallas Co DAs office is lucky to have her". Platt: "Ma'am, please." Warner: "No, 'Ma'am, please.' Dude, everything is being recorded".

Warner continues to berate and call him names on the recording. The driver says he wants to wait for police.

"You're kidnapping me", she continued.

Explained the victimized Uber driver, 'I didn't want to get her in trouble, ' before eventually demanding Warner to get out. "I'm sure she's a good person when she's sober". "As an organization over the past 8 years, BvB Dallas has raised over $2.3 million; raising over $490K last year alone (wow!?)". "I just want to go home". Thanks in advance for your help in the fight to #TackleAlz!
