Mookie Betts Bowls Perfect 300 In PBA Event

Ten flawless games! Is Mookie Betts's name on bowling alleys across the country?

Betts displayed his talent in a different sport in Nevada when he rolled a flawless 300 in the Professional Bowlers Association's World Series of Bowling. He called the feat the most important flawless game he has ever rolled. That's a 10-point improvement from his 2015 World Series of Bowling debut, during which he averaged 190 points per game.

Sunday's round of 10 games proved to be for most of the players, the lowest scoring for the tournament.

Qualcomm rejects Broadcom's US$103b takeover bid
A sale to Broadcom would also need a nod from the antitrust officials, who are still considering Qualcomm's purchase of NXP. If shareholders want a deal, they could vote for new board members and force the company to come to the negotiating table.

However, the 300 games helped to move him 40 places higher in the overall standings. He finished second at the 2017 event while being paired with professional bowler Tommy Jones. I don't know how much Betts bowls during the baseball season but I have to imagine it's not as much as the bowling pros.

Betts might not have made the cut this time, but he will hit the lanes with the PBA again in February, when he partakes in the Chris Paul Celebrity Invitational.
