Samsung to launch its foldable smartphone next year

Speaking to the press at a Galaxy Note 8 event in Seoul, Koh said that there were several (unspecified) obstacles to overcome before a foldable phone could be launched. The company has said in a statement that the pre-booking of the smartphone will commence from September 12 across all retail stores. Hopefully one day in the future all Android devices will be able to run the latest OS version right after it is released. Galaxy Note 8's design is nearly similar to that of Galaxy S8+. The edge-to-edge design provides steeper viewing angles and is a game changer.

It's like having Multi Window screens running and showing two apps at the same time.

After an absence of more than a year, Samsung's Note lineup has a worthy successor. The "S Pen" stylus with Galaxy Note 8 comes with a latency of less than 50 milliseconds. You can paint and there are infinite other possibilities with this new and upgraded accessory.

NATO urges tougher implementation of sanctions after North Korea missile test
The publication of dissenting views has given rise to a school of thought that a policy change on North Korea is under discussion. After criticism for its nuclear programme was voiced, North Korea signed the Nuclear Non proliferation Treaty (NPT) in 1985.

The 8MP front camera also comes with optical image stabilisation.

This is the first Samsung phone to feature a 12 MP dual-camera setup. The phone running under the power of Exynos 8895 processor and 3300 mAh battery is helping to be ON. It had an 8 Megapixel autofocus camera and launched in 64GB and 128GB, 256GB inbuilt storage variants. The device is also IP 68 certified which makes it dust and water proof. It is rolling out gradually, so if it hasn't landed on your phones yet, it should in the coming weeks. There is an Iris scanner also to better protect the device. It will start shipping to Indian customers from September 21. The likes of Samsung have been big-time challengers for the smartphone crown for years now, and Samsung's latest development (should it come to fruition) could be a major innovation in the smartphone game. As an introductory offer, the company is offering one-time screen replacement and fast charging wireless charger for free.

Last but not the least, consumers who purchase Galaxy Note 8 using an HDFC Credit Card will get a cashback of Rs. 4,000.
