Samsung working on a cheaper Galaxy Note 8 variant?

The Galaxy Studios will let visitors try the new phone, which comes with a stylus that the company calls the "S-pen". Not only is the Galaxy Note 8's screen bigger in size while maintaining the same 3K resolution and screen specs, but its screen brightness is 22% higher than the Galaxy S8, reaching a maximum of 1,200 nits, the report shows. This is the first Samsung device to come equipped with a dual-camera setup. The analyst has said it will have a similar camera to the Galaxy Note 8, buyers can expect a dual rear camera setup with optical image stabilization (OIS) for both cameras.

There have been rumors of the company intending to add the same configuration in its 2018 #Galaxy S9 and Galaxy Note 9, but these reports did not come from a dependable source on previous occasions. The Galaxy Note 8 also offers Bluetooth 5.0 and LTE Cat 16 connectivity features. This price cut may be due to the recent launch of Galaxy Note 8. Both Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 plus will be both water and dust resistant.

Samsung did not disclose the price of the Note 8, which will hit shops on September 15 but will be available for pre-orders starting Thursday. There hasn't been any word given by Samsung about the pricing of the Galaxy Note 8. If this materializes, it's possible this model could be targeting developing markets like our own by offering a cheaper route to owning the Note 8.
