Washington-based think tank C4ADS says that Pyongyang is "far from being isolated, (and) is globally active through its overseas networks", which are helping to raise the funds and materials the country needs for its weapons programmes.
Begging China and Russian Federation to rescue the USA from nuclear North Korea plays right into their hands by messaging our allies that the United States is helpless, that real power over North Korea is not in Washington, but in Beijing and Moscow. This way leads to global nuclear war, or to global surrender by the West, and a new world order dominated by Russia, China, North Korea and Iran.
"The message clearly says that Beijing will punish anyone who will escalate tensions on the Korean Peninsula", Asmolov pointed out.
