As this front turns around as a warm front and moves north Sunday, storm chances will increase from south to north in the afternoon and evening. One thunderstorm went severe over Storrs.

THURSDAY/FRIDAY: The "muggies" come back with rising dew points, and accordingly we will need to bring back the chance of scattered showers and thunderstorms.

It is going to be a picture flawless Tuesday with abundant sunshine, light winds, low humidity and dry conditions.

By Friday any storms that are leftover from Thursday night should be gone early in the morning with most of the day dry with decreasing clouds and highs in the mid 80s and a slight decrease in humidity.

A weak cold front will trigger isolated showers and storms both this morning and later this afternoon across Kansas.

Tomorrow: Mostly Sunny. Highs near 80. Friday is hot and definitely more humid. Then clear to partly cloudy overnight with lows in the mid 40s to lower 50s.

Times of clouds and sunshine with a shower or t-storm in parts of the area. Southerly winds will keep shore locations cooler, as temperatures will be held in the lower 80s.
